Zedflo supplies operators across Australian with a range of high quality hoses, fitting & accessories manufactured by leading names Additel and Ralston. These include adaptor kits, pressure manifolds, pressure filters and quick connect hoses and fittings.

Our adaptor kits are manufactured by Additel, and include a variety of threads and fittings that ensure that you always have the right connections. We also stock adaptor kits featuring a selection of calibration hoses with quick connect fittings produced by Ralston.

In addition, we also stock and supply the Additel 12X series of pressure manifolds, as well as pressure filters from the ADT100 series.

Additel 12X Series Pressure Manifolds

Designed to expand pressure ports during calibration, 12X pressure manifolds make it easier to connect and so give you increased productivity when using pressure controllers, calibration pumps, piston gauges or dead weight testers.

We stock both the 121 (pneumatic pressure up to 3000 psi or 200bar) and 123 (hydraulic pressure up to 15,000 psi or 1,000 bar) series of Additel pressure manifolds, including:

•ADT121-N, ADT121-N2, ADT121-M, ADT121-B

•ADT123-N, ADT123-N2, ADT123-M, ADT123-B

ADT 103 Hand-tight Quick Connectors

Our range of Additel hand-tight quick connector kits feature 10 connections and come with a carry case. The range includes:

•ADT103-NPT, ADT103-BSP, ADT103-M20

ADT 102 Male to Various Connectors

These kits include 25 different connections, ready to use in a handy carry case.

ADT 100 Series Filters

Easy to use and requiring little maintenance, the Additel 100-FLT series of pressure filters includes both pneumatic and hydraulic filters:

•100-FLT-600: pneumatic filter and liquid trap covering from -100 to 4000 kPa (-1 to 40 bar)

•100-FLT-10K: hydraulic filter that can be used up to 10K psi (700 bar)

Quick Connect Hoses and Fittings

We can supply a range of calibration hoses with quick connect fittings by Ralston that can be used on a variety of process connections. Featuring finger-tight connections (no tape required), they are pressure rated to 40 mPa (6000 PSI) and allow no leakage.
