Our powder samplers can be used to collect samples from bins, hoppers or chutes, as well as pressure/vacuum conveying systems and air slides. There are a range of attachments and options available, including different types of sample collection device.
Suitable for collecting samples of flow-able powders, flakes and granules, this means that a wide variety of industrial materials and food products can all be sampled without risk of contamination.
THE ZEDFLO RANGE OF POWDER SAMPLERS
SAE Powder Sampler
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel and featuring a combination of alloys and elastomeric seals in order to reduce wear and abrasion, the SAE Powder Sampler is designed to take composite, batch or grab samples from all types of dry and flow-able products. It can handle particles up to 9mm in size and captures up to 18cc per cycle.
With process or flow ports that are always closed, there is no product loss or leakage, and samples are transferred to closed containers to prevent contamination and maintain sample integrity.
SAK Large Capacity Powder Sampler
Able to capture a volume of up to 100cc per cycle, the SAK Large Capacity Powder Sampler can handle particles up to 19mm in size. It can undertake composite, batch or analysis sampling, and samples can be taken from slide or vertical drop chutes or direct from open processes, and then collected in either common or individual containers.
